There will be extra precautions taken during your appointment and also extra steps required of you prior to attending for your visit. We don’t want these changes to be a surprise.
A point-form summary of the major interim changes to be expected can be found here:
Please review these extra precautions prior to your appointment.
Our new, interim, and mandatory online special COVID-19 screening and consent form can be found here:
This form must be completed in full and submitted prior to your appointment.
For new patients and families interested in discussing Invisalign or braces with our doctors, we've implemented a virtual way to talk treatment safely from your own home. Our doctors and coordinators will provide the same treatment options as you'd normally receive during an in-person consultation, except we'll be answering your questions over a secure video chat.
You'd be surprised how many adult patients we treat annually at Uptown. From Invisalign® to premium clear braces, we do our best to ensure our adult patient's treatment doesn't interfere with their work or active lifestyle. From personal reasons to professional goals, our desire is to ensure that improving your smile is a small part of your bigger future.
We take tremendous pride in being a place where kids of all ages feel safe and welcome. Our treatment plans begin with getting to know each and every teen or child individually, from what they are passionate about to who they want to be someday! Our goal is to help support everyone on their journey through a life lived with confidence.
